Melissa grew up in the Selinsgrove borough, and she and her husband Randy chose to stay and raise their three daughters there as well. They are now grandparents to six grandchildren, 4 of whom live in Selinsgrove. Melissa works for Bowen Agency Realtors in Selinsgrove as the Recruitment and Training Coordinator. She is also active in the Selinsgrove Rotary Club. ​

Tanya Matlaga is an assistant professor of Biology at Susquehanna University. She lives in the Selinsgrove area with her husband, twin daughters, a dog, 3 cats, 5 goats, and many chickens. She has been delighted to watch the REC grow and provide essential resources to the surrounding community and is excited to contribute to its success as a board member.

Kelly Buckley has a passion for building confidence in others, whether through coaching, mentorship, or community involvement. She also loves cooking, gardening, and creating meaningful connections. She joined the board because she has seen firsthand the impact the REC Center has on our community, and Kelly wanted to be part of that positive change.

Marv Rudnitsky is senior council at RHP Law Group, board member of Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence, volunteer member of the Disciplinary & Enforcement Commission of the Certified Financial Planner Board, married to Raven, father of three daughters, and grandfather to six.

Joyce M. Hendricks is retired from teaching art in the Selinsgrove Area School District where she also directed many theatrical productions as well as for the Valley Player Community Theater group. She is a member of Friends of the Degenstein Library, Friends of the Gelnett Library, the Selinsgrove History Association and Friends of the Selinsgrove Pool.

Selinsgrove has always been Ginger Griffith's home and where she raised her daughter. She has been the corporate accountant for Building Solutions for over 25 years. She is actively involved with the Selinsgrove VFW and enjoys helping organizations improve our great town!

Shaina Pagana is a full time mother of two. She also works part time at the Pagana Family Practice Center office as a Patient Liaison and helps as the Coordinator for the Lady Seals Youth Basketball Program.

Bob Bertram grew up in Selinsgrove and has been a realtor for the past 27 years, currently working with eXp Realty. He is active in the community and has served as the president of the Snyder County Libraries board of directors. He is also involved in the Selinsgrove Rotary Club. He’s an avid golfer in his spare time.

Denise has lived in Selinsgrove for 26 years and raised three children here. She remembers always trying to find fun things for kids to do after school, and would have loved to have the REC in our lives. She loves supporting the REC and its initiatives to keep today's kids occupied, safe and happy.

Kristine grew up in Western Pennsylvania and moved to Selinsgrove in 2001. After residing here for a few years with her husband Aaron, they decided to raise their two sons, Carter & Porter, in the area. Kristine is an Associate Broker and Office Manager for Bowen Agency Realtors in Lewisburg. She is very active with the VFW Auxiliary, serving as Sr Vice President position since 2018, then District President since 2022.
